Ordering
Can I cancel my order?
For non-custom-made or in-stock orders, please email us at sales@winfieldandturner.com. Our custom-made are non-refundable. However, if production on your order has not yet begun, we will do our best to issue a refund. Please contact us as soon as possible.
I have received faulty products. What should I do?
In the rare instance that you receive a faulty order, please contact us at sales@winfieldandturner.com
Can I amend my order?
Please email sales@winfieldandturner.com as soon as possible, and we will do our best to modify your order.
Will I be charged import duties and taxes for EU orders?
For all EU orders, VAT will be applied upon the arrival of your goods in your country. Our delivery company will reach out to you directly regarding the applicable fees, which may vary depending on your location and order value. Please note that these charges must be paid before the goods can be released. We do not cover this expense.
How can I order bespoke products?

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days from the date of placement, with deliveries occurring Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). To ensure timely processing, please place your order before 10:00 AM. Once your parcel leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking link, and you can also track your order through 'My Account'.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping. Shipping costs will be calculated and added at checkout. If your country does not appear during checkout, please contact us at sales@winfieldandturner.com for assistance.

What is your exchange policy?
We do not offer exchanges; instead, we handle returns and purchases as separate transactions. To obtain a new item, please place a new order and return the unwanted item for a refund through our standard return process.
